Rangers kill injured mother bear in Boulder tree
June -- A bear was killed in Boulder's Newlands neighborhood. It had been hanging around last year with two cubs and eating from gardens, and after waking up this year, it progressed to breaking into homes in search of food. It also killed a goat.
